The committee proposes 3 constitutional changes:
1. Clause 8. Membership fees including any concessionary rates shall be fixed annually at the Annual General Meeting and with immediate effect. A new flat rate of £7pa will replace the current two tier pricing of £5pa and £7pa
2. Clause 12. A quorum for a meeting of the Executive Committee shall be not less than five three members.
3. Clause 16. The financial year shall end on 31st December each year and the Annual General meeting shall be called within 7 12 months of the end of the financial year, on giving the membership not less than 14 days’ notice. Auditors An independent examiner shall be appointed by the membership at the Annual General Meeting.
