Please find our response to the long-awaited planning application for The 'Whalebones' Estate on Wood Street.

Since our last update in June’s newsletter Barnet Council’s Strategic Planning Committee has met to consider the application and while ‘minded to agree’ has so far not approved the application.

This report considers three aspects of this planning application: Rugby – a sport in crisis; The threat to the green belt; Use of Council-owned green space for competing activities.
